Actress had a falling out and need to recast for the lead role for "Run Away Night" for the role of Lily. Very intense role but exciting for any actress.

Lily (24-28): Lily comes from an abusive home, wanting to start a new life for herself. She has been sexually abused by her father growing up and has found a new love in her girlfriend Sarah. Lily is hiding from her demons imposed in the form of the vicious Jimmy. Lily has different personalities that are all part of her psyche. Lily is too trusting and it's that trust that leads to traumatic circumstances. A lot of highly challenging emotional scenes as well as scenes where she is attacked and sexually assaulted. No nudity required. Looking for any caucasian actresses, light brown to dark short hair. Looking for fearless actresses and auditions start Thursday. Role to be cast soon. Role is unpaid.

No Show is a short film that I am producing to use as part of my Girl Scout gold award. The project is a Suicide Awareness program that I'll be presenting at my High School.

I am looking for teenagers and adults, male and female. I need lots of extras to simulate a school environment.

It's that time of year again where The Vestige Group roams the halls of a beautiful Austin home and creates theatre within its walls. Original plays are written for & performed in the home & this year the pieces will all be centered around one fictional family at different ages in their lives.

MUSES IV is running the last weekend of August through the first 2 weekends of September; Fri-Sun.

Each play is about 5-10 minutes (Total of 8-12 pieces) and will have 1-2 actors.

There are multiple directors & the rehearsal process will be fast, only 2 weeks, so please only audition if you can fully commit your time and are used to working/memorizing quickly.

The cast size has yet to be determined but we are looking for multiple Men & Women of all types between the ages of 18-45.

Actors cast will receive small stipends.

Casting Call for Austin, TX short film, "The Garden and the Wilderness"

A modern day Western, “The Garden and the Wilderness” tells the story of an aging ranch hand who has spent decades caring for a private hunting ranch. When he learns that the decaying estate will be sold to developers following the owner’s death, the rancher must learn to face the prospect of leaving behind a patch of Earth that he has has toiled over for nearly his entire life.

Shooting in Austin and surrounding areas in late August or early September.

Characters:

Young Will James – Caucasian male. Age range 8-14.

George Porlock – Caucasian male; Age range 40-60. Rugged hunter/ranch owner.

Both roles are paid. We will be shooting on a ranch for two days. Both characters will be wearing period clothing and doing a hunting scene using blank-firing or non-firing rifles. Hunting experience is a plus.

Audition date will most likely be Saturday, August 1 in Austin, TX.

Cloud Head, once an average kung fu-movie-loving joe, is now laden with a giant cloud for a head. (see Sneaky Giants branding). This has its perks and pitfalls as we discover with him throughout the series.

CH eventually befriends Robby who becomes at his once friend, ninja master, and liaison to the "real" world. Evidently the road to self acceptance is paved with cupcakes, secret handshakes, and the blood of infidels.

He rarely talks to people face to face and loves to show off just how clued into everything he is. As "clued in" as he thinks he is, he's oblivious to even his own surroundings...
